The overall objective and function of The Legal Department: To render quality legal services to the organization and its members thereby ensuring legal compliance with the rules of the country; To protect the fundamental rights of members thereby preventing the unfair transgression of such rights; To drive the Industrial Relations of the Organization in the most cost effective and efficient manner; and to ensure that justice is not only done, but it is undoubtedly and manifestly seen to be done.
