Nelson Mandela Central Hospital hosts ‘Nix Mapha’ programme

By Sive Tshela

Nelson Mandela Central Hospital region D hosted a successful Nix Mapha programme on 12 June. Its main objective was a member servicing, the attendance was more than 50 people with different problems. Some were joining and some cancelling their unions. Present were POBs, ROBs, Old mutual, Capitec Bank and Vodacom. We managed to go ward to ward with our provincial leadership and we started from the office of deputy director of nursing at the hospital, she was very impressed that DENOSA cares and gave us a go ahead to visit all nurses in the hospital.

Members were also informed about what transpired during negotiations and where is the uniform allowance and everything which concerns money was explained in detail by the Acting Provincial secretary, Khaya Sodidi.
