DENOSA (et al)'s Call to Action at the 21st International AIDS Conference in Durban, for Greater Investment in Nursing to achieving 90-90-90 objectives! This call is for every country, state/province, and every district. 
DENOSA says: Hire more nurses; pay nurses; equip nursing colleges and nurse educators for production of well-rounded and capable student nurses; provide adequate working environment for nurses at all facilities; establlish staffing norms in all countries.
