Outcomes of the Pretoria High Court process regarding DENOSA's application to retract SANC Circular 2 of 2017 yesterday

This is to inform DENOSA members that DENOSA leadership and legal representatives left the Pretoria High Court upbeat yesterday after arguing a matter that DENOSA applied to the High Court on, for the court to nullify SANC's Circular 2 of 2017. 

DENOSA argued very strongly for the fair treatment of student nurses even in processes where there is or are reports of leakages. 

The judge heard both sides, and asked questions where there was no clarity. 

The judgment has been reserved for this coming Friday at 11h30. 

DENOSA remains very hopeful that justice and fairness are served on nurses.
