Organizing new and retaining existing members is central to the strengths of DENOSA. In a context where union densities are in decline across the world, the focus on organizing, and especially on retaining members has increased. To retain membership, DENOSA is increasingly focusing its attention on the provisions of services to members.
DENOSA’s scope of organizing cuts across all spheres of government, namely, local; provincial & national governments, all sectors and all categories of nurses.
