DENOSA Gauteng to hold media briefing in Bramley on Sunday 11 October on the outcomes of its PEC special meeting in response to latest developments in Gauteng Health Department.

The Democratic Nursing Organisation of South Africa (DENOSA) in Gauteng will brief the media tomorrow (Sunday 11 October) on the outcomes of its special Provincial executive committee (PEC) meeting held today, (Saturday 10 October 2020) about the decision of Premier Makhura to “discharge” former MEC Bandile Masuku, the political and administrative instability in the Gauteng Department of Health and its impact in the ability of the department to function properly. 
 
The Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) convened a special urgent PEC to reflect and take a position in the current instability in the Gauteng Department of Health. We will cover our position about the plethora of acting positions in the department and how they affect health care delivery in the province.
