Western Cape held its 2012 World AIDS celebrations at theWesfleur Hospital in Cape-Town. An HIV positive speaker was invited to share her experiences of living with the virus amongst nurses with the aim of motivating the audience to consider testing for HIV. This was followed by a candle-light session in remembrance of those who have since passed on www.iwcwiki.net as a result of the virus.
