DENOSA proud of its Limpopo Provincial Secretary for partaking in the Comrades Marathon

DENOSA is proud of its provincial secretary, Kwena Manamela, who took part and completed this year’s Comrades Marathon in Durban, and DENOSA would like to encourage everybody to strive for a similar lifestyle every.
His participation entailed daily preparation both physically and nutritionally, which included looking after his body.
With the country engulfed by a burden of non-communicable diseases, promotion of healthy living is the only way out of this problem which is costing the country billions of rands in medication.
The provincial chairperson of DENOSA in Limpopo, Alfred Makoana, said the province is proud of Manamela.
“For a long time now he has lived an exemplary life, looking very carefully at what he eats, and he embarks on regular exercises which is a perfect recipe in terms of dealing with non-communicable diseases. We would like to encourage all office bearers both within the organisation and outside of it to embark on similar healthy lifestyle.”
