DENOSA Bookshop donates books to nursing institution
In its endevour to support learning, DENOSA Bookshop donated a stack of books to Ithemba Nursing Academy, and on 8 September they were handed over to the college’s principal at the institution.
DENOSA Bookshop supervisor, Justice Mahlobogwane said the bookshop had donated relevant books which are no longer in circulation commercial wise, but are still as relevant in imparting nursing knowledge to student nurses.
DENOSA Marketing Manager, Heather Sam, accompanied the DENOSA delegation to the handover of the books.
DENOSA Provincial Organisor in Gauteng, Thomas Chauke, said the books will come in handy for students at the institution who are all DENOSA members. “We are here to serve our members with their most area of need,” he said.
The college principal, Malebogeng Chabedi, was grateful for the wonderful gift from DENOSA and said the books will come in handy to students at the academy as they are building up a library to assist students with their school work.
