On Friday 22 May, DENOSA Professional Institute (DPI) hosted 30 nursing students from the United States under the International Scholar Laureate Programmes (ISLP), which expands their knowledge on health matters beyond the borders of the US.
They were welcomed by DENOSA Acting General Secretary, Madithapo Masemola, who introduced DENOSA and the two legs that is stands on representing its members as both workers and professionals.
Also present to welcome the students was head of DPI, Wanda Mlotshwa, as well as DPI coordinator, Thoko Kgongwana, who took them through the country’s Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme that will be implemented soon.
The group handed DENOSA the certificate of appreciation for hosting them.
