Breast Care Availability Survey - calling on nurses' input

Dear Sir/ Madam:

The Health Economics and Epidemiology Research Office, the Department of Surgery, the Clinical HIV Research Unit and Right To Care, all of the University of the Witwatersrand, and the Breast Health Foundation would like to invite you to take part in a brief survey. We would like to establish where breast care services are available in South Africa and in the sub-Saharan African region. We are writing today to invite you to take part in a survey. The purpose of this survey is to ask for information from experts like you to determine the location and extent of breast care diagnostic and treatment services in your area/region.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes, and your information will be kept completely confidential. We aim to publish and circulate the results of this survey to professionals like you. We will not use your name or otherwise identify you in the presentation of the results of this survey. If you are interested in taking part in the survey, please click on the link below.”
