Eastern Cape started its recruitment drive
Eastern Cape started its recruitment drive on the 26th October 2015 to 30th October 2015 in Region E covering Matatiele and Mount Fletcher. Institution that were visited were Taylor Bequest Hospital (Matatiele), Maluti Community Health Centre, Khotsong TB Hospital and Taylor Bequest Hospital in Mount Fletcher. The recruitment team went further to reach Region D where the was DPI Dialogue in Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital then Visited Isilimela Hospital near Port St Johns. The team moved from Region D to Region B where they visited 4 institutions, that is Frontier Hospital, Komani Psychiatric Hospital, Glen Grey Hospital and Cala Hospital. Afterwards the team moved to Region C where they visited 5 institutions namely Grey Hospital, Bhisho Hospital, Cecilia Makiwane Hoaspital, Nkqubela TB Hospital and had a DPI dialogue in Lilitha College of Nursing (East London Campus). On the last day the team visited Region A where they were in Dora Nginza Hospital. The recruitment met it objective and many more nurses are aware of this “home of nurses” DENOSA.
