North West hosts successful May Day rally

North West held a successful May Day at Brazil Stadium in Klerksdorp on 1 May to commemorate Workers Day. The rally was well attended. North West Premier, Cde Supra Mahumapelo, DENOSA General Secretary Cde Oscar Phaka, DENOSA 1st Deputy President Cde Letsatsi Modise, SANCO Provincial Secretary, Cde Packet Seaketso, all attended the rally.

It started with a March and memorandum was handed over to Department of labour. DENOSA General Secretary, Cde Oscar Phaka, read the memorandum on behalf of workers.
