Transparency is one of our core values as an organisation. 

We thought the attached presentation, comprising of our core benefits for belonging to DENOSA, could come in handy for both our members and prospective ones. 

These are our core benefits that we pride ourselves with and which we believe are at the heart of nursing and nurses. 

While we do distribute t-shirts, diaries, calendars and pens each year, we don't regard these as core benefits that add value to nursing and nurses. We believe this is what makes us unique. 

We understand, however, that to some unions, these (t-shirts, diaries, calendars and pens) form part of their core benefits and values to members, and do not offer bursaries, 10% discounts, up to R5 million rand indemnity, Caring, Leadership and Professional Awards. 

With growth in numbers and unity as nurses behind the banner of DENOSA, these values give compounding interest to other benefits and we strive to make each day, week, month and year better than the previous ones...
