DENOSA fully supports candidature of its former General Secretary  for ICN Board

As ICN Congress gets underway in Barcelona, Spain, from 27 May to 1 June 2017, DENOSA fully supports the candidature of its former General Secretary, Cde Thembeka Gwagwa, as ICN Board Member. 

This is the world’s largest international event for nurses. The gathering will explore nurses’ leading role in the transformation of health care, with a particular emphasis on Universal Health Coverage, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Human Resources For Health.  

DENOSA is confident that her role and global insight on health care and passion for nursing and its development, will enrich and benefit ICN as a global nursing body.
