DENOSA Mourns the Untimely Passing of Comrade Lunga NduloGQEBERHA – The Democratic Nursing Organisation of South Africa (DENOSA) in the Eastern Cape has received, with great shock and deep sadness, the news of the passing of former DENOSA Eastern Cape Provincial Chairperson of the Gender Structure, Comrade Lunga Ndulo. Comrade Ndulo passed away on 25 April 2025.

Comrade Ndulo served the organisation with distinction across various structures of DENOSA Eastern Cape. He held the positions of Local Deputy Secretary and Local Chairperson in the Enoch Mgijima Local, as well as Regional Deputy Secretary and Regional Chairperson of the Gender Structure in the Tembeka Gwagwa Region. He later ascended to the position of Provincial Chairperson of the DENOSA Gender Structure, while concurrently serving as the COSATU Provincial Deputy Secretary for the Gender Structure.

Despite his occupation within the NGO sector, which sometimes limited his active participation in union activities, Comrade Ndulo remained dedicated and committed to the socialist cause. In his passing, the movement has lost a humble, disciplined, and principled cadre.

We express our deepest condolences to the Ndulo family, his relatives, and friends. We pray for strength and fortitude for them during this difficult time of grief. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Hamba kahle, Komanisi, Gxarha!
