DENOSA GENERAL SECRETARY COMPLETES HIS 10TH COMRADES MARATHON!
DENOSA General Secretary, Kwena Manamela, completed his 10th Comrades Marathon race in just over 10 hours as he crossed the finish line at 15h38 I’m Durban.
He finished the Ultimate Human Race within his set target of 10 hours.
The race commenced at 05h30 in Petermaritzburg and descended on Durban’s Kingsmead Cricket Stadium.
DENOSA congratulates its General Secretary, who has been consistent in Marathon running, thus sending a message about healthy lifestyle.
He was one of the many nurses who have taken up the race and many of them completing in good and amazing times under different running clubs.
Nkosinathi Mnyanda from Stutterheim Hospital finished his race exactly at 14h14 beating his own target by a whopping 11 minutes!
We congratulate Nkosinathi for flying the nursing flag at this Ultimate Human Race…


DENOSA WESTERN CAPE TREASURER COMPLETES HIS 11TH COMRADES RACE!
DENOSA Western Cape Provincial Treasurer and a nurse at Helderberg Hospital, Lucas Munzhelele completed his 11th Comrades Marathon in just over 10 hours in Durban.
He crossed the finish line at 15h38 in almost the same time as DENOSA General Secretary, Kwena Manamela.
His target was to finish the race within 10 hours.
He is yet another nurse who stood tall and took on the challenge of the Ultimate Human Race.

Another member of the Noble Profession has completed the Ultimate Human Race in Durban.
Mxolisi Mapuma, a nurse from Frere Hospital in the Eastern Cape, stormed into the finish line after 8 hours and 32 minutes of running!
He reached the finish line at 14h02. He earned himself the Robert Mtshali Medal!
We congratulate Mxolisi for achieving this feat and for flying the nursing flag high!!


Another member of the Noble Profession, Mmathebe Rachel Seremane, a nurse at Marula Platinum Mine, has completed the Comrades Marathon in Durban after 11 hours and 33 minutes of running.
She reached the finish line of the race at 17h03.
She has met her target, which was to complete the race.
