The first day of the South African Nursing Council’s (SANC) Nursing Indaba kicked off at Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg where where nurses discussed the issues and challenges that confront the profession in modern day period.
The day also saw many speakers addressing the 500 delegates attending physically and 1000 who joined virtually on a number of issues.
These included the Nursing Education, unprofessional conduct, and legal consequences of unprofessional conduct among others.
